Your fishing data is yours. My Hengelboek will not sell users' personal fishing information to third parties. Future sharing features will allow users to control what they choose to share.

5. Payments

Membership payments may be processed through Paystack, a third-party payment provider.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures will be used to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

Final retention periods should match the actual storage and account-deletion rules implemented in the app.

My Hengelboek provides tools to record, organise and learn from fishing activities. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter.

3. Memberships

My Hengelboek may offer Silver and Gold. Features and limits are displayed on the website and within the service.

4. 14-Day Gold Trial

Eligible users may receive a free 14-day Gold trial. After the trial, users may continue with Gold or select Silver.

5. User Data

Users retain ownership of their personal fishing information, subject to rights necessary for My Hengelboek to operate.

6. Payments

Paid memberships are processed through the applicable payment provider. Payment, renewal and cancellation terms must be clearly displayed before purchase.

7. Prohibited Use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.

8. Intellectual Property

My Hengelboek branding, software, design, content and related intellectual property remain protected by applicable law.
